HBO New Series ‘Videosyncrasy’ Now Casting Extras

Producers are searching for actors and actresses to fill in background roles as HBO ramps up the production of Videosyncrasy. Directed and co-produced by David Fincher (Fight Club, Gone Girl), Videosyncrasy tells the story of a college dropout who moved in to Hollywood to pursue his dream of directing sci-fi series, but instead, he landed a job as a production assistant at a company that produces music videos. With a 1980s jive, the series will unravel the stories behind the budding music industry. Videosyncrasy is scheduled to be shot in Los Angeles, California, from mid-May until mid-August, and Central Casting Los Angeles is now holding an open casting call for ten extras of any ethnicity that will take place on Friday, April 24, 2015, at 12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. Venue for the said audition will be at Central Casting, 220 S. Flower Street, Burbank, California. Talents must be at least 18 years old to be cast. You are required to arrive with your hair already styled with a 1980s look. If you meet with the abovementioned criteria, you are requested to bring I-9 documents as you will later be asked to fill out an I-9 form. In relation to this, vintage cars which date back to 1975–1983 are also highly needed for the scenes. The vehicle must be in good and great condition to qualify. Kindly bring a picture of it during the casting call. Deadline for the submission is scheduled on April 23, 2015.
