Two Female Lookalikes Meet through Twin Strangers Project

  According to statistics, for every person in the world, there are at least seven other people from areas all over the world, who look identical. So, an Irish girl decided to track down one of hers. Niahm Geaney was on a mission to find out her possible twin. In order to accomplish her quest, the 26-year-old girl, along with her male friends Terence Manzanga and Harry English, went on social media to find their doppelgangers through a project called, “Twin Strangers”. They set up a Facebook page on March 30, 2015, and since then, they captured the world’s attention. They got positive responses and received lots of requests from different people asking to find their lookalikes. twin strangers Within only 28 days, Geaney succeeded and found a match. She found 29-year-old Karen Branigan, who lives just an hour away from her. Upon meeting, they both decided to wear matching outfits and makeup. Geaney then told Daily Mail:
“I was ridiculously nervous about how I would react to meeting someone who looks like me. For the entire duration of our encounter, I pretty much stared at her. I couldn’t get over her face, and some of the expressions would pull, I would think to myself or say aloud, ‘Oh my God, that’s my face.’”
