AMC has released the mid season’s official  key art offers viewers and fans some clue on what is in store for them before the season ends. The image can be seen below.

The key art represents the last eight episodes of the fifth season which will return on February 8th, 2015. Fans have another thing to rejoice as it has been confirmed that The Walking Dead is slated for a sixth season which is set to air in the fall of this year. The mid season finale of The Walking Dead has left some tragedy in its wake.

We follow Rick Grimes and his band of survivors on the road losing the hope of a cure in Washington, DC.  With nothing left, the group find themselves on the road holding on to what is left of humanity.
