KFC Streams Porno at Restaurant in Front of Customers

If you think KFC, the famous fast food chain widely recognized for its tasty line of chicken meals has family friendly atmosphere, think again.

It seems one unnamed KFC branch was guilty of streaming hardcore porn on one of its television screens. The Whalen family from Oklahoma got more than their order of a bucket meal while stopping by at a KFC for dinner. Gerald Whalen was in the establishment with his wife and his six year old son, when some very ‘interesting sounds’ from a television at a corner briefly interrupted their family meal together. The source of this ‘interesting’ sound came from a hard core porn scene that was being played on the television set. The patriarch of the family immediately grabbed his camera and filmed the ongoing tryst on the small screen. Gerald posted the video on YouTube and it currently has 283, 757 views. In the less than a minute video, Gerald filmed the x-rated scene while laughing in the background. Seconds later, a man appears and stands in front of the television set. It is unclear whether the man is staring at awe or in disgust at the scene. Although other customers in the restaurant were entertained with the scene, Gerald’s wife, April, certainly wasn’t. “Mommy mode kicked in. I don’t think they need to be seeing this.’ It was later discovered that the ‘porn scene’ being streamed on the television screen from CBS’ television series Outlander. The series is quite notorious not just for its popularity, but also for its rather steamy and in this case, ‘hard core’ love scenes.

April Whalen recounts how the manager immediately ran to the television set and unplugged it. The KFC franchise released an official statement expressing their deepest apologies about the incident:

“We apologize for any negative dining experience that may have occurred as a result of the restaurant’s TV being changed without awareness or permission to a station showing inappropriate content.”
