Teresa and Joe Giudice Indicted on More Charges

More trouble in New Jersey. After being indicted on not one, not ten, not twenty, but 39 counts, Teresa and Joe Giudice were just indicted on two more counts, for a total of 41, reports Us Weekly. The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars pleaded not guilty to the original charges back in August, for which they face up to 50 years in jail.

Today, the magazine is reporting that two new charges for bank fraud and loan application fraud were added. They “reportedly stem from a $361,250 mortgage loan obtained by Teresa, 41, in July 2005. According to authorities, the Bravo star’s loan application allegedly falsely listed Teresa as employed as a realtor earning $15,000 per month,” according to Us.
Their lawyer gave the following statement: “As she did with respect to the allegations contained in the original Indictment, Teresa intends to plead ‘not guilty’ to  the allegations in the new Indictment.  She looks forward to defending herself at the trial, scheduled for February 24, 2014. Beyond that, we will answer all of the charges in court, not out.”
The couple goes back to court on Nov. 20, 2014. They have four daughters: Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana.
