Holly| July 14, 2017

Director Steven Spielberg is currently working on a new movie, which has a working title Nor’easter. The movie has started filming in White Plains, New York. Casting directors are looking for male and female talents to play veterans and protesters for the upcoming period movie.

Oscar winners Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep are teaming up for this highly anticipated drama. Nor’easter centers around the Pentagon Papers, a leaked study from the Department of Defense that “detailed the U.S. government’s military involvement in Vietnam.”

Casting directors are seeking actors aged 18 to 55. Since the movie is set in the seventies, the male actors need to have medium-length, shaggy, or long hair. Women can have any hair length but no fashion colors, ombré, or obvious highlights.

Filming is scheduled on Sunday, July 9; Tuesday, July 18; and Wednesday, July 26 in New York City. If you think you fit the description indicated, please submit your application through the link provided below. Applications will only be accepted until July 25, 2017.
