Disney has officially released the official title via Tweeter earlier this morning, a somewhat strange approach to one of the most highly anticipated sci-fi franchises on the big screen. The said movie had been shot all throughout summer at Pinewood Studios in London as well as in Abu Dhabi and has recently wrapped up with principal photography ending as well.

The filming was temporarily put on hold after Harrison Ford, who is returning as none other than Han Solo, was injured on set.

As to the details of the plot, director J. J Abrams said that he plot of the movie will serve as an extension of the original trilogy. Much details of the movie has yet to be revealed but major plot spoilers point out that the story will be set 30 years following the events of the Return of the Jedi (1983).
