Nicole Kidman Reveals Awful First Date Experience with Jimmy Fallon

Nicole Kidman appeared on Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show bringing a story so awkward, that it made the show’s host, Jimmy Fallon, feel so embarrassed.

The Tonight Show was supposed to be a lively show, not until Kidman revealed she was once game for dating the host. Jimmy Fallon was in shock after Kidman revealed she once had a crush on him. The Paddington actress admitted that she dropped into his apartment long before they were both married. It appeared that Fallon was not interested in dating the Hollywood star and instead, he turned on a video game.

In the hilarious footage, the duo recalled the happenings several years ago, when Kidman visited Fallon’s apartment in New York. Fallon said on his show, “I’m walking down the street in New York City, and my friend Rick calls me and says, ‘Dude, what are you doing? I have Nicole Kidman with me and she wants to meet you to be in Bewitched or something. I can be in your apartment in 10 minutes.’”

Because of that, the 40-year-old host thought that the actress’s visit was purely business, so he blew off his chance and turned on a video game. At that time, Kidman got so bored and thought that the Fallon was gay. Kidman then cuts in, “I just remember I liked you. Not now, I’m married now. But Rick was like, ‘Jimmy wants to meet you and you can go over to his apartment,’ and I was single.” Fallon’s jaw dropped after hearing what the actress said, it made him hide under his desk. “Well, it was like a hang. And then you put a video game on or something and I was like, ‘This is so bad.’ And you didn’t talk at all. So after about an hour and a half I thought, ‘He has no interest, this is so embarrassing.’ So I left, and went’ ‘Okay, no chemistry. Maybe he’s gay!’” she continued.

The audience laughed at the now embarrassed show host. Still, the pair was able to swap seats while the red-faced Fallon pretended to be on the couch of a doctor. “I can’t believe I dated Nicole Kidman. This is one of the most awkward moments ever,” was all that Fallon could say.
