One fashion statement that Slavik swears by is that he does not wear the same clothing twice. He also styles his hair and beard to go along with his outfit which he never wears twice. Unlike other homeless people, Slavik does roam the street but does not annoyingly ask for change. This lover of alcoholic drinks takes a swig or two of beer.

The collection that consisted the collection was taken during the occasional meeting of the two over the course of two years. Dyachyshyn recalls how he could meet Slavik everyday or every few weeks or months. Salvik would often times sought the Ukrainian photographer on his own and would go to places where the photographer was.
