Jordan Peele’s ‘Lovecraft Country’ Casting Call for Extras

Jordan Peele, the genius behind Get Out and Us, will be executive-producing a television series for HBO, Lovecraft Country. Now, casting directors of the show are looking actors and actresses to fill background roles. Based on Matt Ruff’s novel of the same name, Lovecraft Country follows African American Atticus Black as he travels across the United States to look for his missing father. Lovecraft Country, which will air on HBO, will star Jonathan Majors as Atticus Black, Jurnee Smollett-Bell as his friend Letitia, and Courtney B. Vance as Atticus’ uncle. Yann Demange (’71, White Boy Rick) will helm the show. As production begins, casting directors of the show are looking for talent to take on background roles.
