Hulu’s ‘The Act’ Now Casting for Featured Roles

The year 2019 is nearing, and Hulu is greeting it with a true-crime anthology series. And to complete some scenes for the show’s first season, casting directors are seeking actors to fill featured roles. Starring Boyhood‘s Patricia Arquette and The Kissing Booth‘s Joey King, season 1 of Hulu’s The Act follows the life of Gypsy Rose Blancharde and her quest to escape the toxic life she has with her mother, Dee Dee. The season will be mainly based on the article “Dee Dee Wanted Her Daughter to Be Sick, Gypsy Wanted Her Mom to Be Murdered,” an article published on BuzzFeed in April 2016. Currently, casting directors of Hulu’s The Act are seeking talents to take on featured roles. One is that of newborn twins. For the role, two to three sets of Caucasian twins are needed. The team is also seeking Caucasian 3- to 7-year-olds to play the role of sisters. If you are interested in any of the roles above, please click on the link below.
