HBO New Series ‘Rock ‘N Roll’ Now Casting for Featured Roles

Martin Scorsese, the director of an upcoming HBO series entitled Rock ‘N Roll, has announced that they will need various talents for specific featured roles in the show.

The project will center a record executive Richie Finestra (Bobby Cannavale) who is trying to revive his record label by searching for the next new sound, alongside with his wife, Devon (Olivia Wilde), a former actress and model, in the era of 1970s when music has taken its turn in punk and disco genres.

To meet the demand of the production, they want to cast male talents in their 20s–40s who are willing to play as drag queens in two party scenes to be shot on June 4–5. They require those who are from a Caucasian and Hispanic backgrounds.

Also, they are looking for Caucasian men from the ages of 20–25 years to act as college students. Casting directors specifically requested that talents shouldn’t have shaved heads, military, or short cuts as the series is set in 1960s.

Meanwhile, tons of featured roles are also available for casting.
