CW’s Remake of ‘The Lost Boys’ Now Casting Male Talents

The upcoming TV remake of  the hit 1987 vampire horror film The Lost Boys is now casting. Casting directors are seeking male talents to attend a makeup test and work on the new series, which is set to air in The CW. Filming will take place on April 8, 2017, in Los Angeles, California. The Lost Boys remake will be written by iZombie showrunner Rob Thomas and executive-produced by Danielle Stokdyk, Dan Etheridge, Mike Karz, and Bill Bindley. The original film revolved around two brothers, played by  Jason Patric and Corey Haim, who move to a small town and are forced to fight off a gang of viscous vampires led by David (originally portrayed by Keifer Sutherland). Casting directors are looking for male talents with the following qualities:
  • Caucasian
  • Aged 18–33
  • 5’5″–5’9″ in height
  • Not allergic to prosthetic makeup and contact lenses
  • Cannot be claustrophobic
